If you need to cancel your service, please contact us at SUPPORT@BIZMANDIR.COM or through our contact page on the website as soon as possible. If you cancel your service before the project has started, we will refund you the full amount. However, if you cancel your service after the project has started, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee based on the progress made on the project.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your service, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if possible.

2.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund policy for our services if we fail to deliver the services as promised, or if you are not satisfied with the services delivered. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at support@bizmandir.com or through our contact page on the website within 7 days of the completion of the project.

2.2 Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

2.3 No Refund

We do not offer refunds for any services that have been completed and delivered to you as per the agreed-upon specifications. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for any third-party services or products that we may have recommended or used during the project.
